Caleb's Birthday

Caleb was so excited when I told him it was his birthday when he woke up on Monday. I took Caleb and Brynli to the park. Caleb was trying to climb more challenging things on the playground. It was like he knew he was four now and wanted to do harder things. He got so excited every time he made it to the top. I played soccer with him, which he loved.

We had a spontaneous slip n slide party with neighbor friends. Nothing better than a nice sunny day!

When we asked Caleb what he wanted to do for his birthday he said he wanted to go golfing. We had borrowed some neighbor's kid clubs for family home evening last week and he loved it. Caleb's been hitting golf balls with Mark's older, but too big golf clubs. Mark made these awesome clubs for him. He cut down some of his old clubs and regripped them for Caleb. He loves them!

The next pro golfer

Caleb loves to draw and paint, so I bought this great easel from IKEA. They love it.

Happy birthday Caleb!

Thank goodness for Uintah Golf. It only cost me $12 to shorten the clubs and re-grip them. I figure Caleb can pay me back from his winnings in the future. Lets see...$12 at a reasonable interest rate of 25% for the next 15 years...
