A couple weeks ago we had a really neat experience. One night Caleb was begging me to take him to the library. This was pretty unusual because it was night and he doesn't typically beg me to go to the library like this. Not that he doesn't enjoy going to the library - he does. It's just a little hard with my vocal, speedy girl. When she was a little younger I took them to the library. I set her down for a few seconds . . . literally - and when I looked up she had run all the way over to the door and was about to run out of the library through the automatic door. Mind you we were nowhere near the door when I set her down. I bolted over there, luckily I'm still faster than she is I guess. Anyway, it doesn't make for a leisurely library visit.
Caleb was so persistent, I decided it would be fine to take him to the library that night and get him something. Mark stayed home and put Brynli to sleep and I took Caleb. We got Caleb some stuff and just as I was about to leave a DVD on birth jumped out at me. It's called The Business of Being Born. I grabbed it and checked that out too. I had no idea that Caleb wanting to go to the library one night would influence me so much. I watched the DVD that night. It was very impactful for me. That night as I was writing about it in my journal the Spirit let me know that Caleb was prompted to go the library. It was a neat feeling for me to know that.
