
I've been doing the 7 minutes of magic AM and PM. It feels so good. My body feels alive and it gets my energy flowing. It also helps me become more aware of my body. And it helps me be more grounded and focused - which also helps me better handle my kids emotions because I'm in a better "place". And 7 minutes is very doable. And he has an extended version on the DVD that is about 15 minutes when I want to do that, which is also doable.
Lee Holden discovered Qi gong and it's healing effects after experiencing injuries that almost took away his soccer career at the University of California, Berkeley. Anyway, it's pretty amazing if you want to check it out. I like it. And he has different DVDs for athletes, seniors, etc. Apparently he is also on PBS.
